With a background dedicated to packaging, Sylvie works since several years for helping plastics companies. She was project manager in JCE Plasturgie cluster during 8 years before joining Plastipolis in January 2018, dedicated to the fusion between Plastipolis and JCEP. She integrates a double competence in packaging and management of project.

Industrial Engineer from ICAM Lille, Annabelle first work as a supply chain project manager for big retail companies, before joining a private consultancy on European projects setting-up and management, and joined their team in Bulgaria. Back in France, Annabelle joined i-Trans (Northern France) competitiveness cluster and was in charge of EU and International projects. She joined Plastipolis on October 2019 to develop EU projects and international development.

A graduate of the IEP of Lille with a master’s degree in international relations, Sophie has worked in the industrial (nuclear), institutional and associative environment, in France and abroad. She joined Plastipolis in 2020 and is in charge of European projects reporting and managing internal processes.

After several years of experience in two Industrial Groups within the Plastics Vallée, Laurence joined Plastipolis in September 2018. She acts as an interface between you, partners – members and new members, the Management and the Plastipolis Project Managers. She coordinates the Communication’s actions and is also your preferred contact for Administrative and Accounting Management.

Magali holds a Master's degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES) and has worked for more than twenty years in the security industry as an executive assistant. She joined the Polymeris team in January 2023 as Office Manager. Her missions are to take care of HR, accounting and the life of the division.
Nathan CIRADE

Nathan is a recent graduate of the Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the ECORIS program at Saint Paul Bourdon Blanc Orléans. After a career in IT and networks for companies, Nathan finally chose the path of human resources with his work-study placement with the cluster in 2022. Drawing on his knowledge of human resources, legal, accounting and information systems, he now navigates between these activities within Polymeris.
Originally from Orléans, Nathan works as Administrative Assistant Human Resources and Management Tools Centre-Val de Loire. He is based in Orléans, in the Agreen Lab'O building.
Pauline ALLONGÉ
Communication Officer
Pauline has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management. She joined Polymeris in October 2021. She is in charge of the implementation of all communication actions on the different media. Her role also involves advising and assisting project managers in writing content.
Maxime ANDRÉ

Maxime recently completed a Master's degree in Business Engineering at Hybria in Ecully, and after a first experience as a project manager and business developer, he joined Polymeris as an innovation manager in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region, and more specifically at the heart of Plastics Vallée.

Elsa graduated from ENSIACET as a Chemical Engineer and completed her training with a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration at the IAE of Bordeaux. Her engineering internships focused on different subjects related to the plant chemistry field. During her second training, she had the opportunity to do her internship at ACD Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the regional cluster for chemistry and materials. In September 2022, Elsa joined the Polymeris team to replace Uyxing Vongsaysy for a period of 8 months and a half.

Roxane Girard graduated from Lyon Political Sciences Institute with a master’s degree in european affairs. She began her career by a 2-years VIA as the economic attaché of the Embassy of France in Iceland. She then worked at the coordination of Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) program at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region while also holding the function of national communication correspondent to the european agency EISMEA. She joined Polymeris in september 2022 as European Affairs and Inter-clustering projects manager.

Amélie Gousseau graduated as a chemical engineer from ENSIACET (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques - INP Toulouse). She chose to continue managing R&D projects in a consulting firm specializing in innovation financing. There, she accompanied companies in their innovation process, particularly in the field of polymers and composites. In 2022, she joined the Polymeris team as Innovation Manager for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Doctor/Engineer in Materials Science and Engineering, Thibaut holds a PhD in collaboration with the IMP laboratory of INSA Lyon and the ETI Supergrid Institute. His work focused on the development of insulating polymer materials for future electrical networks. He completed his scientific career through a post-doctoral position at the CEA Liten (Grenoble). After two years of experience in a consulting firm specializing in innovation financing, he joined Polymeris in 2022 as Innovation Manager for the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region.

After being graduated as a chemical engineer, specialised in Polymer science, from ECPM in Strasbourg, Nicholas obtained a PhD in Polymer Chemistry, as part as a collaboration between the LCPO in Bordeaux and Saint-Gobain. His research was focus on the development of new bio-based and non-toxic binders for housing and composite materials. After working for Resicare as a resin designer, he joined the cluster team in 2022, as Innovation Mission Manager in the Pays de la Loire region.

Holder of a PhD in the synthesis and characterization of new bio-based polymers, obtained from the University of Bordeaux in 2022, Samir also developed specific skills in polyurethane resin synthesis and adhesive formulation during his time at Bostik. Subsequently, he joined the competitiveness cluster Bioeconomy for Change, where he was responsible for developing and coordinating projects related to bio-based polymers and building blocks. Today, he holds the position of Innovation Project Manager at Polymeris, where he supports companies and laboratories in the Île-de-France region with their innovation projects.
