On July 19th, Polymeris organized a webinar in collaboration with the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and BPI France on the France 2030 plan. If you were unable to attend, we offer you a summary below. The replay of this webinar is also available to all our members on our platform MyPolymeris.
 
Following the commitments of PIA 4, France 2030, with a budget of 54 billion euros, was initiated in 2021 by the President of the Republic. Its objectives are to help decarbonization and the emergence of new players.

Axis 1 - Transformation of SMEs through innovation

Financing of individual projects of SMEs or ETIs engaged in an R&D&I approach to promote their competitiveness. For projects in the feasibility phase to bring a product to market or in the development and pre-industrialization phase for the sustainable creation of innovative activity.

  • Minimum expenditure of 150 K€ for a financial aid of 75 K€ to 500 K€.
  • Better success rate when your project is accredited by a cluster.
  • The statements are quarterly with a first statement on September 30, 2022 at 5pm.

Axis 2 - Improvement and transformation of the sectors

Financing of projects bringing a structuring character to a regional strategic sector, benefiting primarily VSEs, SMEs and ETIs from the sector in question but open to large companies, structures, etc.

  • A single project leader representing the partners for expenditure ranging from 500 K€ to 4 M€ and a minimum of 30% self-financing. These projects, lasting a maximum of 36 months, may receive financial assistance of between €250,000 and €2 million in the form of grants (75%) and repayable advances (25%).
  • The projects can be labeled by a competitiveness cluster to improve the chances of success.
  • The statements are quarterly with a first statement on September 30, 2022 at 5pm.

Axis 3 - Professional training projects

Financing of partnership projects for innovative training engineering carried out by consortia of training organizations and companies or sectors. These projects must provide a direct and effective response to a need expressed by companies or sectors for the creation of new training or support offers.

  • Eligible expenses over 500 K€ with a maximum subsidy of 50% of expenses and less than 2 M€.
  • The statements are quarterly with a first statement on September 30, 2022 at 5pm.

Axis 4 - Regionalized I-Demo (ex PSPC Region or FUI)

Support for collaborative R&D projects with a structuring effect on existing or emerging industrial sectors in relation to public research and reinforcement of companies' positions in buoyant markets.

  • It concerns R&D projects conducted by a consortium of at least two companies, including one SME or ETI, and one or more academic research partners (maximum of five partners) with a total budget of between 1 and 4 million euros.
  • Aid rates vary according to the size of the companies:
    • PE : 60%
    • ME : 50%
    • ETI : 35%
    • GE : 25%
  • Labeling by a regional competitiveness cluster is mandatory
  • Opening of this call for 4 years (2022 - 2025) with 2 statements per year (October and April). First statement on October 26 at 12:00.
