This major industry event takes place every October at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, in the heart of the world capital of beauty. It aims to bring together decision-makers around the latest technological advances, emerging trends, and innovations for the entire industry.
Each exhibitor presents an innovation at their stand via the “innovation totem” (illuminated signage located at the edge of the stand).

We will be present at the trade show to present the COSMAT software, which is a collective innovation between CosmetoPack and ANSYS.
Toxicological risk assessment is now accessible from the design phase of cosmetic packaging thanks to the development of the software offered by CosmetoPack®II. Today, we are publicly unveiling this toxicological risk simulation tool, the result of a collaboration between members (polymer suppliers, compounders, packaging manufacturers, brands, toxicologists, researchers) of the CosmetoPack® consortium and ANSYS, an international simulation software development company for industry.
The software makes it possible to calculate the quantities of different substances that can migrate from the packaging to the cosmetic formula and to compare these values with the acceptable tolerance thresholds for cosmetic products. These thresholds, defined by the CosmetoPack® group, have been thoroughly researched and validated by the group's in-house toxicologists and an independent toxicologist.
